A 25 minutos en coche hay un cenote maravilloso. Las suites y habitaciones de El Dorado Royal son elegantes y cuentan con bañera de hidromasaje cubierta, albornoces, TV por cable, terraza amueblada con una mesa pequeña, 2 sillas y una hamaca (bajo petición), y baño privado con secador de pelo. El minibar se repone diariamente con cerveza, refrescos y agua. También hay una cafetera. La Experiencia Gourmet Inclusive incluye sabores de la cocina internacional, platos italianos contemporáneos, sabores del Pacífico, una selección de platos caribeños, auténticas delicias mexicanas y pizzas gourmet e italianas tradicionales, entre otros. El Naay Spa alberga el Spa Royale y el Spa Casitas. En ambos se ofrece una carta amplia de tratamientos de spa tradicionales y alternativos.
